Hi, I’m Jeff Vlahos.

I’m a product designer with over a decade of experience turning ideas into products through design, research, and front-end development. Much of my work has focused on making healthcare easier to access.

I’m currently a Principal Product Designer and founding designer of General Medicine, a healthcare store where people can shop for care like anything else.

Before that, I was the founding designer of Amazon Clinic, launched in November 2022 and now part of Amazon One Medical, supported the launch of Amazon Pharmacy in 2020, and was a lead product designer at PillPack from 2015–2020, acquired by Amazon in 2018.
